MTN South Africa

Bernie contracted for MTN South Africa in the CEIE & Training Department as a Training Consultant focusing on Training and Channel Performance Strategy Implementation for all MTN Branded Stores around the country. With MTN SA:

• Training Consultant for the Online Point of Sale (POS) System; “OMS”, through all the different levels and functions of the MTN Branded Channel Operations Nationally.
• Conduct knowledge transfers, coaching and performance monitoring of Branded Store Consultants and Teams on the job.
• Trained all MTN products and Services as well as Systems. 
• Hosted the MTN National Game Shows for the Retail Department in conjunction to The Foschini Group.
• Conducted MTN Store visits and process audits to ensure stores meet up the Operational requirement and align to the operational strategy and Business Objective.
