He is an Internationally Certified and Accredited Trainer, Facilitator, Coach and Assessor with a wealth of experience in, Quality Management, Performance Management, Training Advisory and Continuous improvements as well as Customer Experience & Enablement.

Bernie, is currently providing HR Consulting and Recruitment Services to LESFAM Company Limited; a top Commercial Wholesaler in Accra Ghana. He also provide HR Consulting & Placements Services for Panels Company Limited; a Manufacturer of Premium Tissues in Ghana. He previously provided HR Consulting Services to Logiciel Company Limited; an IT Solutions Services in Accra Ghana. He also provided HR Consulting and Support Services to iDE Global; a Not For Profit Social Enterprise organization focused on Sanitation and Renewal Energy.

Bernie on-site project-managed the Customer Care Induction Training Program at the introduction of Airtel in Ghana in 2007 (then called Zain Network, Ghana). Bernie was a top class Training Consultant with MTN-SA, and Merchants; A Dimensions Data Company, where he worked as a Training Advisor.

In the years 2015 and 2016, Bernie has completed projects in Ghana with the College of Education of the University Ghana Legon, Millicom Ghana Limited (Tigo), GIFEC Ghana, CAMFED Ghana, JA Africa, Sekyere Rural Bank, St. Joseph The Worker Credit Union, Durma Area Teachers Credit Union – Dormaa, The Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (COTVET), just to mention a few.

Bernie successfully completed projects with Plan International, CAMFED Ghana, WhizAnts Consulting & Training Academy, South Africa, as a Learning Development Specialist, Managing the Academy and training Project Managers, Change Managers, Professional Consultants, etc. He also run calibrations for the Largest Cable Network Company across nine African Countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, South Africa, etc. through the Contact Centre Coach, in South Africa. He also just completed projects with Carter Global Ghana with Affiliations with Carter Global USA, UK, and RSA. 

Bernie is an accredited Trainer, Facilitator, Coach and Assessor with a wealth of experience in Training Advisory, Quality Monitoring, Performance management and Continuous improvements or Customer Experience and Enablement Centre, Call Centre and other related institutions. Bernie has backgrounds in early childhood development programs and has conducted training workshops and skills development clinics for the Ghana National Association of Private Teachers for the Ashanti Region in Kumasi.
